When you book or ask for a quote: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, event date, the items you choose, and any notes you give us about your event or setup area.
 

When you sign the rental agreement: your electronic signature and the date and time you signed.
 

When you pay: payments are handled by our payment processor. We see that a payment was made, the amount, and the last four digits of the card. We never see or store your full card number.
 

When you contact us: whatever you choose to include in a call, text, email or message, including photos of your yard or setup area.
 

When you browse the site: standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the date and time. Our website platform collects this automatically, and it is used to keep the site working and to understand how it is used.

We use your information to confirm and deliver your booking, work out delivery to your address, contact you about your order, process payments and refunds, keep records of signed agreements, answer your questions, and improve the site. With your permission, we may occasionally send offers. You can opt out of those at any time.

If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your booking, such as confirmations, delivery windows and reminders. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
 

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we need to run the business: our website host, our payment processor, the address lookup and mapping services used to calculate delivery, and the email and text providers used to contact you. Each of them uses it only to provide that service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

The site uses cookies to remember your cart, keep you signed in, and understand how visitors use the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site, including the cart and checkout, may not work without them.

We keep booking records, signed agreements and payment records for as long as we need them for tax, insurance and legal purposes. Unfinished carts and quote requests are kept for a shorter period.

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, subject to records we are required to keep. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within 30 days.

The site is meant for adults booking on behalf of their families. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will remove it.
